FRSTeam  is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Project Manager – Contents Restoration to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you'll lead the full lifecycle of contents restoration projects—providing guidance, assurance, and results to customers during some of their most stressful times. If you have a strong background in restoration and a passion for leadership and service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, insurance adjusters, and contractors throughout the project.

  • Scope jobs including pack-out, contents cleaning, storage, and pack-back logistics.

  • Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met on schedule.

  • Lead field crews during pack-out and pack-back with precision and care.

  • Ensure comprehensive photo and item documentation of all inventoried contents.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, cleaning, claims) to ensure seamless operations.

  • Communicate regularly with insurance adjusters and clients, managing questions and escalations.

  • Monitor labor, equipment, and job costs to maintain budget compliance.

  • Conduct quality control checks and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

  • Uphold company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations throughout the project.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of project management or supervisory experience, preferably in restoration or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience in contents restoration is strongly preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of insurance claims processes and industry protocols.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate field crews under pressure.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Proficiency in project management and restoration software such as Xactimate, Encircle, or similar tools.

  • IICRC certifications (WRT, CDS, FSRT) are a significant plus.

Working Conditions

  • Primarily field-based role with periodic office duties.

  • Must be able to lift/move items up to 50 lbs.

  • Occasional evening or weekend work during high-volume periods or emergencies.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
