We specialize in restoring textiles, clothing, and fabric items that have been damaged by fire, smoke, water, and natural disasters. As a Pack Out Technician, you’ll play a key role in handling, packing, and transporting affected items with care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inventory assessments of items to be packed out and restored.
- Carefully pack, label, and transport items to our facility for cleaning and restoration.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met during the process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in the unpacking and setting up of items once restoration is complete.
- Document all items and processes accurately for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge in restoration techniques.
- Work on-site at homes & businesses affected by disasters.
- Assist in handling of delicate items for professional cleaning & restoration.
- No experience? No problem! We provide full training.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in restoration or moving preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle items with care.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
