FRSTeam by TriState Textile Restoration is seeking a service-focused, friendly professional to join our team as an Inventory Coordinator. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be the face of FRSTeam in the field. Compassion, empathy, and patience are key traits of a successful candidate. We seek an individual with strong decision-making skills and the ability to work well with change. Inventory Coordinators must be able to multi-task and show great attention to detail.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Worker plays a key role in the restoration process by handling, processing, and organizing textile and content items affected by fire, smoke, or water damage. This position supports the production team by maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse environment while ensuring all contents are properly inventoried, cleaned, packed, and prepared for delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Handling & Processing
- Receive, sort, and process textile and content items from restoration projects.
- Assist with washing, drying, folding, and finishing of textiles.
- Prepare clothing, soft goods, and household contents for cleaning or storage.
- Inventory & Documentation
- Accurately scan, label, and record items into the inventory system.
- Maintain organized racks, bins, and storage areas for easy retrieval.
- Follow chain-of-custody procedures to ensure accountability for all contents.
- Warehouse Operations
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Package and stage cleaned items for customer delivery.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks (sweeping, trash removal, breaking down boxes).
- Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions to management.
- Quality & Safety
- Inspect items for quality standards before packaging or delivery.
- Follow all company safety protocols, including PPE usage and safe material handling.
- Ensure compliance with company restoration procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior warehouse, restoration, or textile handling experience a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
