Job Description:
We are looking for a Field Technician to join our operations. This role is hands-on, customer-facing, and a key part of our service delivery. You will handle restoration projects in the field, support warehouse operations, and drive company vehicles to job sites and deliveries.

This position is designed with growth potential into a lead/management role for the right candidate who demonstrates initiative, reliability, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform restoration services at customer sites (pickup, delivery, on-site cleaning, and job support).

  • Drive company vehicles safely to transport equipment, supplies, and customer items.

  • Assist in the warehouse with sorting, cleaning, inventory, packing, and equipment upkeep.

  • Follow job schedules, complete paperwork or app-based job logs, and communicate clearly with the team.

  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment both in the field and warehouse.

  • Deliver excellent customer service while representing FRSTeam professionally.

  • Support team leads and develop skills toward potential management responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required).

  • Ability to lift, move, and carry items up to 50 lbs.

  • Flexible to work both in the field and warehouse as needed.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

  • Previous restoration, moving, cleaning, or warehouse experience preferred (but not required).

Growth Potential:

  • Opportunity to move into Crew Lead or Operations Management roles.

  • Training provided on technical restoration processes, customer service, and leadership development.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
